Yes, you can. Find the book in the library's "Books & More" tool, and click on its title. Then press the Request button on the right side of the screen, and fill out the form to place a hold on the book. The book will be placed on hold for you for three days, and you can pick it up at the Circulation Desk. Please allow at least one full business day for the book to be made available to you.
