The upper floor (2nd floor) of the library is designated as a quiet floor, where talking should be kept to a minimum. If you want an especially quiet environment, try either the teal study room on the 2nd floor, or one of the two small study rooms on the 2nd floor near the back stairs. You can close the doors to these rooms to block out noise and distraction.
