The average time to receive an article is three days, but allow up to seven days in case we have trouble finding a library with the particular journal or magazine issue that contains your desired article.  The average time to receive a book is seven days due to shipping time, but allow up to 10 days in case we have trouble finding a library that has the book available to loan.  ILL staff will keep you informed via email if a request takes longer than expected to fulfill.  To check on the status of a request, email ill@meredith.edu.
